About Project
The Domestic Water Treatment Plant project was initiated to provide clean, safe, and iron-free water for residential use. The goal was to install an advanced filtration system that effectively removes contaminants like iron, manganese, and other impurities, ensuring high water quality for drinking and household needs.
Our Client’s Challenge
The client faced persistent water quality issues due to high iron and manganese content in their groundwater supply. The water had an unpleasant metallic taste, odor, and discoloration, making it unsuitable for drinking and daily use. Additionally, the presence of algae and sediments further complicated the purification process, requiring a reliable and efficient filtration system.
Our Approach And Solution
We conducted a thorough water analysis to determine the contamination levels and designed a customized filtration system tailored to the client’s needs. Our solution included a multi-stage filtration process, integrating sand and carbon filters to remove iron, manganese, and other suspended particles. To ensure long-term efficiency, we incorporated an oxidation process that converts soluble iron into insoluble particles, which are then effectively filtered out. The system was installed with minimal disruption and optimized for low maintenance, ensuring a consistent supply of clean water for the household.
